These terms cover your use of Partita, which is made by Counterpoint Labs LLC. They are in plain language so that you can read them once and know where you stand.
The scores you import, the annotations you make, and your practice history belong to you. They live on your device and in your own iCloud account. We do not claim any rights over them, we do not use them to train anything, and we have no way to read them. The Privacy Policy says what the app sends when it identifies a score.
You are responsible for having the right to use the music you import. Public-domain editions, engravings you have licensed, and your own scans are yours to keep here.
Partita is licensed to you for your own playing and teaching on the devices you own. Do not resell it, rent it, or redistribute the app itself.
Partita is in beta through TestFlight. Beta builds change often, features arrive and get reworked, and occasionally something breaks. Keep your own copies of scores you cannot replace.
Most of Partita is free. Partita Pro is an optional subscription. It is billed each month or each year, and it renews until you cancel. Apple bills a subscription that you buy in the app. To cancel it, open Subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Paddle bills a subscription that you buy on the web. To cancel it, use the link in the emails that Paddle sends you about your subscription, or write to support@partita.fm. The price is shown before you buy. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
We work to keep Partita reliable, but we cannot promise it will be available without interruption. We are not liable for practice time lost to a bug. Where the law gives you rights as a consumer, nothing here limits them.
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will say so here and update the date above.
