Refund Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Partita is made by Counterpoint Labs LLC. Payments for Partita Pro bought on the web are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle, which appears on your statement and issues any refunds.

Cancel anytime

Partita Pro is a subscription. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If Partita is not right for you, email support@partita.fm within 14 days of a purchase or renewal, and we will refund it. Paddle returns a refund to your original payment method. This can take a few days.

How to ask

Write to support@partita.fm from the email address that you used for the purchase. Tell us which purchase, and we will take care of it.

Bought through the App Store?

Subscriptions purchased in the app are billed by Apple, so those refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy rather than by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your consumer rights

Where the law gives you additional rights as a consumer, such as a statutory cooling-off period, nothing here limits them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will say so here and update the date above.
